In two weeks that my credentials of ECOBICI I got, I've been using a lot of the urban mobility system, and tell me that I think an excellent idea. Proposal: Why not give some authority to users ecobici reporting misconduct by public officials and motorists who do not respect the rules of the road?? Obviously in the area where ecobici applies, and to obtain actual statistics of how to improve the rules and above all, create awareness in motorists, more today than ECOBICI BEGINS.
