Fear Failure

A bad result can put you in the right direction. Learn from your mistakes and boost your entrepreneurial vision.
One reason why many do not become entrepreneurs is because they fear failure. We are scared to make mistakes or lose money. So if someone can not overcome these psychological fears, you better keep your regular job.
In the early 80's, when my first major business failed, I thought it was the stupidest person in the world. Bankruptcy absolute and calls from my creditors never made me wish I had become an entrepreneur. Even wanted to go back to my old job.
But instead of condemning me for my failure, my rich dad gave me one of the most important lessons in life: "You're lucky to have failed. Now you have the opportunity to learn how to turn bad luck into good luck. If you can do, have a life with more and better fortune. "
Here are three key points to turn bad luck into good luck:
1 No blame anyone for your mistakes. As my rich dad asked me what went wrong, the first thing I did was blame my partners and the economy. Of immediately, he said, "Never blame others for your failures." "But it was his fault," he replied.
Shaking my head, my rich dad said, "If you blame others, never learn from your mistakes. If you blame others, you give them your power." Remember: there are no victims, only volunteers. And you volunteer to become an entrepreneur.
2 Meet new partners. Rich dad said, "In every bad transaction always know good people. Some have become new partners." I still hated my two partners and it was difficult to understand this principle. Still, I accepted the advice of my rich dad and I started looking through the rubble something that could save.
In fact, one of my best friends I met in the wake of the fiasco of an investment. And among the ruins of other setbacks met my current partner in the real estate business and my partner in the franchise business. If not for failures, he had never met other entrepreneurs like me and I had not embarked on the adventure of making millions of dollars with them.
3 Study your mistakes. "Mistakes are priceless," said rich dad. "Study them, learn and take advantage of them."
Again, this lesson was hard to hear. He was angry, broke and wanted to escape from my mistakes. Instead, I returned to my factory, I studied my mistakes and I managed to reborn my business.
This is how it becomes bad luck into good luck. Making mistakes and become wiser to the work of an entrepreneur, not making mistakes is the work of an employee.
